LOGIFY is not responsible for creating or populating content unless purchased exclusively. In the case of exclusive purchases, LOGIFY will create and populate the website with customer-specific content, images, and stock imagery. Client-provided product images and details will be used. LOGIFY is not liable for any similarities with other websites.

Client information and project details remain confidential. Parties agree not to defame or disparage each other post-project completion.
